Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Job Description:
The Member Liaison serves as the first point of contact for members and customers, providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate service while assisting with inquiries related to products, services, registrations, and online learning platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member and customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels while maintaining a high level of service. Record customer interactions accurately within internal systems and ensure requests are documented and resolved efficiently. Process transactions such as registrations, cancellations, transfers, refunds, and other service requests. Assist users with learning management system (LMS) access, account setup, navigation, troubleshooting, reporting, and basic certification-related questions. Support multiple internal teams by completing administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements and departmental initiatives. Maintain accuracy and professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service, member services, client support, contact center, or similar customer-facing role. Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with learning management systems is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Additional Details:
Opportunity to convert to a permanent employee based on performance and business needs. Position is open due to internal promotions, offering strong long-term growth potential. Interview process consists of one interview with the hiring team. Hybrid work environment with two required in-office days each week. Salary upon conversion is anticipated to range from approximately $50,000-$56,000 annually.
