Job Summary A financial services team in Columbia, SC is seeking a Member Services Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping members, resolving account questions, and supporting accurate financial transactions in a professional onsite environment. The Member Services Representative will play an important role in creating a positive member experience while supporting account servicing, documentation, payments, issue resolution, and compliance procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist members with account questions, transactions, payments, and general banking service needs. Provide professional, courteous support by phone and in person. Follow established banking procedures, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements. Support delinquent account and collections-related activities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
