Client Service/Administrative Coordinator Join Our Team Our established Insurance Agency has proudly served the Florence, South Carolina community for more than 50 years. Built on trust, exceptional customer service, and long-term relationships, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable professional to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the agency. Position Summary As our Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the agency with administrative tasks, scheduling, policy support, and office organization. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member. Assist customers with payments, policy service requests, appointment scheduling, and general questions. Prepare customer documents, applications, and correspondence. Maintain accurate customer records and update agency management systems. Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization. Assist with follow-up calls, renewal reminders, and customer communications. Help coordinate office operations, supplies, and daily administrative tasks. Support occasional marketing and community outreach activities, including social media posts and customer appreciation events. Work closely with the agency team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or an office environment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems. Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
