Job Description

Job Summary As a Member Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members and will support inquiries related to programs, services, account information, applications, and documentation. Full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Florence, SC. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with questions regarding programs, services, account details, and available resources.
  • Review applications, forms, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
  • Enter, update, and maintain member data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Process member requests, update records, and follow established procedures.
  • Explain policies, procedures, and service options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and a positive member experience. Compensation
  • Pay:
    $15.00 per hour, final and non-negotiable.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
  • Work location: On site in Florence, SC. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, office systems, and data entry platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Professional, friendly, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
