Job Description
Fulfillment Specialist - $17-$19/hr The Farm House Tack Shop | Landrum, SC The Farm House Tack Shop is looking for an organized, dependable Fulfillment Specialist to coordinate online order fulfillment and help keep orders moving smoothly from purchase to shipment. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that involves customer communication, vendor follow-up, inventory coordination, and problem-solving. What You'll Do Coordinate and follow up on online orders Contact vendors to verify product availability and expected arrival dates Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, substitutions, and other order needs Pull merchandise from our retail floor to fulfill online orders Help resolve inventory and fulfillment issues Coordinate with our shipping team to ensure orders are completed and shipped promptly Maintain accurate order notes and follow up on outstanding orders What We're Looking For Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Friendly and professional phone and email communication Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Customer service or retail experience is a plus Horse/equestrian experience preferred, but not required Pay & Benefits $17-$19/hour, based on experience Paid vacation and sick time Holidays off Employee discount program If you're organized, proactive, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you!
