Job Description

Description:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and questions are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. The CSR will also be responsible for maintaining customer information, internal files and following procedures put in place by management.
Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, purchasing) to address customer concerns and fulfill customer requests. Navigate through the orders, invoicing, shipping and receiving process ensuring all customer transactions are accurate and processed in a timely manner. (Domestic & Imports) Monitoring customer accounts to prevent exceeding credit limits, and proactively following up on any unpaid invoices to ensure prompt resolution. Resolve or escalate any shipment issues, including returns, exchanges, credits, and debits. Issue Purchase & Manufacturing Orders as directed. Maintain positive relationship with customers, updating their information and terms when necessary. Skills Strong communication skills Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills for data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
