https://customerimpactinfo.com/ We're hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for our College Station headquarters — an office-based role responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting our field merchandisers so our clients get accurate, on-time execution in stores nationwide. This role is best suited for someone who already has office, scheduling, administrative, or customer-facing experience — you'll be able to pick up our systems and calendars quickly and hit the ground running. Background in marketing, retail, or customer service is a strong plus. What you'll do Schedule and staff field representatives for merchandising projects across the country Handle day-to-day email communication with field representatives Provide phone support for field reps calling in with questions Work inside the platforms we use to manage our field team and projects Collaborate with a small in-office team to keep client projects on track What you need on day one 1+ years of experience in an office, scheduling, administrative, or customer-facing role Comfortable on the phone and in writing — you'll be the first point of contact for reps who need help Solid Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills Strong typing speed and general computer comfort Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the follow-through to keep multiple projects on schedule Nice to have A college degree (preferred, not required) Background in business, customer service, retail, or marketing Experience specifically in scheduling, dispatch, or logistics coordination Work environment Casual, in-office setting at our College Station office.
