Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description Dominique Dawes Academy is hiring two Member Experience Coordinators - one full-time and one part-time. If you're energized by building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you! As the Member Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of our gym, serving as the primary point of contact for families while supporting enrollment, member retention, and daily front desk operations. You'll help create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment where every family feels valued. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to members, families, and guests. Assist with class enrollment, scheduling, payments, and member accounts. Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care. Lead tours for prospective families and promote academy programs. Support member retention through follow-up communication and relationship building. Coordinate communication between families, coaches and leadership. Maintain accurate records and support front desk administrative functions. Ensure the lobby and facility remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Support coaches and events as needed while contributing to a positive team culture. Qualifications High School Diploma, required. Minimum of 3 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience, required. Experience leading or supervising a front desk or customer service team is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in youth sports, recreation, education, or a family-focused environment, preferred. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems. CPR, First Aid, and SafeSport certification, preferred or willingness to obtain.
