As an Experienced Service BDC Representative , you will be responsible for connecting with customers, scheduling service appointments, following up with leads, and helping drive service department traffic while providing an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and texts Schedule and confirm service appointments Follow up with customers and missed appointments Communicate service recommendations and appointment details Maintain accurate customer and appointment records Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians Provide professional, friendly customer service Help maximize appointment opportunities and service retention

Experienced BDC Qualifications:

Previous BDC, Service BDC, call center, or automotive customer service experience Strong phone, email, and text communication skills Proven ability to schedule and maintain a high volume of appointments Experience following up with leads and customers Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with CRM and dealership software Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Why Join Steele Hyundai Kyle?
