Job Description
Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Clerk needed.
Duties include:
Processing incoming payments through a utility billing program and balancing daily deposits. Assisting walk in and drive-thru customers with payments, questions on billing, and processing new applications. Will need great customer service and interpersonal skills for answering phones, answering billing inquiries, resolve meter/charge disputes, handle sensitive customer service calls regarding late payments or service interruptions, and to be able to explain utility rates to the customers. Will need to have experience in Word and Excel. Other duties will include accepting Backflow Reports & Customer Service Inspections, run Monthly and Late Notice Billing, and completing a Monthly Lock-Out List for Disconnects.Job Type:
