Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance. Insurance Verifications Answer incoming calls from Doctors, Patients and Insurance Reps Must live in the area to apply for position. Skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in office software and computer systems for data entry and record keeping. Ability to type efficiently while communicating with clients. Experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly valued for their ability to assist diverse clientele. A friendly demeanor with the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
