Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and courtesy. Document customer concerns and relay information to service technicians for accurate diagnosis. Prepare detailed service estimates, including necessary repairs such as brake repair, oil changes, tire services, and alignments. Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status. Transmit work orders to the service department and ensure timely completion of services. Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in managing inventory for parts and supplies related to automotive services. Address any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role within an motorcycle dealership is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in motorcycle repair processes and terminology. Familiarity with service writing software and tools for documenting customer requests and technician notes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A background in motorcycle sales or experience with specific services such as brake repair, oil changes, tire services, or alignments is advantageous.
