401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discounts Health insurance We're a growing independent pharmacy looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you're organized, patient-focused, and good on the phone, we'd like to hear from you.Major tasks are:
Greet patients at the counter and answer incoming phone calls And Make phone calls to inform patients that we received their prescriptions Take refill requests and check prescription status Process point-of-sale transactions and handle cash, and card Schedule deliveries and follow up with patients on ready prescriptions Keep the front counter, waiting area, and OTC shelves clean and stocked Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with computers, phones, and basic data entry Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Prior pharmacy, retail, or healthcare front-desk experience Knowledge of PioneerRx pharmacy software Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $16.00 per hour, with room to grow based on performance Schedule to be discussed at interviewBenefits
