In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth shopping or food service experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick on their feet, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Operate 7-11 POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, handling credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change. Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with product or menu inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food handling areas and cashier stations, following sanitation standards. Support food preparation tasks for morning rush , including basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment in a quick service or fast food environment. Upsell products or menu items to enhance sales and improve customer experience. Follow all food safety management practices and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations during food service. Requirements Previous experience in cash handling, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is preferred. Food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable, especially in quick service or fast food settings. Strong math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing basic calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency. Experience with operating kitchen equipment or food preparation is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
