In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, as well as Photoshop experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Process t-shirt, hat, and direct-to-film transfer orders. Review Photoshop files to ensure that they are ready to print. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or issues. Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services. Perform cold calls and follow up with past customers. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide suitable solutions. Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail. Proficient in Photoshop. Experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Suite - Gmail, Sheets, etc. Perform well under pressure and with high demand clients. Marketing and social media skills are preferred. Proficient in Intuit Quickbooks.
