Overview Family First Automotive has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This part-time position will work daily from 9a-4p with a 30 minute lunch break. Must be proficient with basic computer literacy, able to follow instructions, be kind and helpful to our customers, possess excellent driving skills, and help the team deliver our brand promise to our customers. Duties Be kind and helpful when assisting and interacting with customers Use company software program to accept customer payments, close tickets, and provide invoice receipts Provide customer shuttle service using company vehicle Assist team in providing concierge services to customers Retrieve parts from suppliers Assist with inventory control Assist with customer electronic calibrations Assist with maintaining a clean facility Skills Prior customer service experience preferred Basic computer and software skills Clean driving record Ability to learn, adapt, and follow instructions Ability to multi-task Willingness to look for ways to support the team If you are looking for part-time work in a friendly team environment that is focused on providing the very best customer service experience, then we want you to join our team!
