This energetic role combines parts sales with customer-focused service writing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your powersports knowledge and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding service and support customers needs. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence every day. Duties Assist customers by identifying their parts needs accurately and efficiently, providing expert advice on suitable options. Process sales transactions with precision, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods while maintaining excellent cashiering standards. Write detailed service reports, repair orders, and customer communications to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the service process. Coordinate order fulfillment for parts requests, ensuring timely delivery to support repairs and maintenance services.. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism at all times. Requirements Previous dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with powersports, and maintenance is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and order fulfillment efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs.
