Customer Service Associate

Local Cuts Meat Company is looking for a skilled Customer Service Associate to undertake a variety of day-to-day customer service and office tasks at our federally inspected meat processing facility in Zephyr, TX. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our customers priorities receive fast and friendly service and support. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and support the organization. Responsibilities Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Execute various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, working with customers to confirm orders, greeting retail customers, inputting customer orders, and assisting with customer pickups. Skills Proven experience in customer service or in a similar role Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Reliable with patience and professionalism Knowledge of ranching and cattle is a plus
