O Pay:

$16.00 per hour Position Overview NuvoH2O is seeking a Customer Support Tier 1 Agent with both customer service and sales mindset experience to join our growing team. This role is designed as a foundational support position with a structured progression into Product Expertise and Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality customer support while identifying opportunities to educate, retain, and ultimately convert customer interactions into sales-driven outcomes. This position plays a critical role in bridging Customer Support and Revenue Growth. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email Handle escalations using a solution-focused, retention-driven approach Support negative review response and recovery efforts across platforms Maintain and manage open cases daily, including follow-ups and status updates Ensure accurate and detailed documentation within CRM/ticketing systems Perform subscription billing outreach (payment follow-ups and account support) Identify opportunities to educate customers on products and services, supporting future sales conversion Maintain professionalism while balancing support efficiency and sales awareness Growth Path This role is designed to evolve into:

Product Expert:

Deep knowledge of NuvoH2O systems, troubleshooting, and customer education

Inside Sales Agent:

Ability to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities and revenue When transitioning into Inside Sales, commissions will grow. Qualifications Minimum 1+ year customer service experience (escalations/retention preferred) Prior sales experience or sales-driven mindset required Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working within CRM and ticketing systems Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
