Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, organized person to join our fast-paced medical office! If you're a people person, good at multitasking, comfortable on the phone, and like staying busy, you'll fit right in. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll work closely with our team and patients to keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome and help patients Answer calls, texts, and emails Schedule and reschedule appointments Collect payments Keep our calendars, spreadsheets, and paperwork organized Help keep the office clean, stocked, and running smoothly Learn basic clinical skills and help support the doctors and team Jump in wherever needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, positive, and great with people Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Confident communicating with patients Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs Reliable and willing to take initiative A team player who brings good energy to work Medical experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person!
