Job Description

Main hours: 11:30am - 5:30pm

•(may be flexible at other times)

•Must be able to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm on days when other MSR's are on vacation or out sick. Once a month we have a staff meeting and a couple times a month we have MSR meetings, on those days you would work 8:30 - 5:30. Must have driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and be bondable. Professional attitude and dress professionally. Must have good communication skills, team player, dependable, neat, detail oriented. Cash Handling experience preferred Provide comprehensive, prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. Receive checks and cash for deposit and withdrawals to accounts, verify amounts, examine checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enter into computer records. Issue money orders, official checks and Visa Cash Advances Maintain an up to date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union produces and services that are handled or promoted by tellers. Maintain an up to date and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies and procedures, rules and regulations for the teller area, including robbery procedures. Cross-sell credit union services such as safe deposit boxes, debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, or other promotional products where available.
