Job Description

Customer Orders Prepares quotes and enters orders for customers ensuring accuracy of data entry Informs customers of available products, quotes prices and credit terms Estimates date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules and notifies customer of any anticipated delays. Provides technical support to customers by responding to inquiries and/or obtaining support from an Applications Engineer when needed. Investigates and resolves customer problems related to deliveries, pricing, product reliability, etc., with authority to settle minor complaints Sales Works with Regional Sales Managers and outside sales representatives to build and maintain customer relationships and track account activities. Clerical Monitors established credit limits of customers and ascertains credit rating of new and existing customers when needed. Enters new customer data and account information for current customers into database Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED and two or more years related experience and/or training.
