Job Description

Cascade Animal Clinic is looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent service, communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative workplace. Our Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of the client and patient experience. You are often the first person a client speaks with and the last person they see before leaving. Your ability to create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience helps build the trust our clients place in our practice. What You'll Do Greet clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones and assist clients with questions and scheduling Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with the veterinary team Help maintain accurate client and patient information Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Provide clear, compassionate, and professional client communication Support veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow customer service team members Help keep the front desk organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For Previous veterinary practice experience preferred but not required Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology, procedures, and workflows Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and learning practice-management software Dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented Ability to remain positive and professional during busy or stressful situations Strong team mentality and willingness to help wherever needed Genuine love of animals and appreciation for the people who care for them The Right Person for Our Team We are looking for more than someone to simply answer phones or schedule appointments. We want someone who understands that excellent veterinary care begins with an excellent client experience . You should enjoy interacting with people, be comfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary environment, and want to contribute to a workplace where team members support one another and work together to provide exceptional care. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
