This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced professional environment. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our business clients by assisting with policy administration, account servicing, client communications, and supporting our Business Insurance team. Candidates who currently hold a Property & Casualty License are encouraged to apply. We also welcome individuals who are interested in obtaining their license within the first six months of employment. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to business insurance clients and prospects Assist with policy quoting, renewals, endorsements, and account maintenance Process policy changes, updates, and agency correspondence Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, policy summaries, and client documentation Follow up on pending endorsements and policy changes Contact clients regarding billing concerns, cancellations, and account-related issues Maintain accurate records and activity reports Assist with claims reporting and follow-up with insurance carriers Support Producers and Commercial Account Executives with client service activities and special projects Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and in person Maintain compliance with agency procedures and all applicable privacy and insurance regulations Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience Participate in continuing education and professional development programs Qualifications Required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfort learning agency management systems and proprietary software Preferred 2+ years of insurance industry experience 2+ years in a professional office setting Washington State Property & Casualty Agent/Broker License Previous customer service, account management, or sales experience Compensation Starting at $19.00 to $22.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications Full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Bonus opportunities available If you're looking for a long-term career with a respected local agency that values its employees and invests in their success, we'd love to hear from you.
