As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Enrollment Associate to support and manage both prospective and existing client accounts. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the enrollment and account management process. The Customer Enrollment Associate role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing account requests, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal Customer Enrollment Associate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term business success. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional direct customer service. Identify customer needs and present tailored AT&T solutions in person that improve satisfaction and retention. Manage assigned client accounts by providing personalized support, recommending solutions, and processing sales and enrollment requests. Accurately document client interactions, account updates, and sales activity within the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen customer service and sales skills. Conduct market and customer research to gather feedback, evaluate competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and a positive client experience. Qualifications for a Customer Enrollment Associate Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field preferred. Prior Customer Enrollment Associate experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
