Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has experience in customer support and sales. Bilingual abilities and multilingual skills are a plus, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and service solutions Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing clients Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products or services Manage client accounts, update information, and ensure data accuracy Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service quality Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments Sales experience with a focus on outbound calling and client engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Professional phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
