Job Description
State Farm Insurance agency seeking a full time Property and Casualty insurance licensed customer service representative in Vancouver, WA for $25 an hour. Must be currently Property and Casualty licensed in Washington. Team member will receive 2.4 weeks of paid time off a year and paid holidays. Hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. This is a small office with only 5 people working in individual offices. Duties include answering incoming calls, answering billing questions, submitting service changes to current policies as requested by clients, completing service transactions, setting appointments with current customers and assisting other senior representatives. Must be reliable and on time. No insurance experience required. No door to door sales. No cold calls. Background check is required. Service only, no sales required.
