What You'll Do Our GSRs are the heart of the guest experience.

You'll:

Welcome guests and make them feel at home Answer phones, texts, and emails Schedule appointments and help guests choose services Check guests in and out Recommend products, enhancements, and additional services Help keep our providers' schedules full Learn our services and products so you can confidently answer questions Support your teammates wherever needed Help keep the spa clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready This is an active position—not a sit-behind-the-desk receptionist job . Everyone pitches in with laundry, dishes, stocking, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, showers, and general spa upkeep. Around here, we don't have an "I, me, mine" attitude. Customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is a plus, but we're also looking for the right personality, attitude, and work ethic. Schedule This position averages approximately 20-25 hours per week and requires some combination of day, evening, and weekend availability . Weekend availability is important, including Saturdays and Sundays. Initial training takes approximately two weeks and includes both day/opening and evening/closing shifts.
