WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
Policy Management:
Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
Carrier Communication:
Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE
1-3+ years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency Valid WI Property and Casualty insurance license, preferred, or willingness to obtain Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Detail-oriented and organized Desire to be part of a growing team
