Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | In-Person Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its customer-facing team in Milwaukee. As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the person customers interact with directly — starting conversations, answering questions, explaining the nonprofit campaigns we represent, and helping interested customers take the next step. The work takes place face-to-face at retail and event locations throughout the Milwaukee area, so this is best suited to someone who enjoys being around people rather than sitting behind a desk. A Typical Day Could Include Approaching and starting conversations with customers Finding out what interests them through questions and conversation Explaining current campaigns in a clear and engaging way Answering questions and handling initial objections Identifying customers who are interested in supporting a campaign Guiding interested customers through the sign-up process Following campaign guidelines and representing clients professionally Working toward daily individual and team targets You'll receive full training before being expected to handle the role independently, along with ongoing coaching as you develop.
