What You'll Do:
Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters' needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact
What We're Looking For:
Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends Valid Wisconsin driver's license
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required. Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management. Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and reservation software. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
