We are looking for a great team member to join Bank CMG at our location in Mount Horeb, WI as a Full-time CSR. Candidates should be sales minded, initiative driven, and customer service oriented. This position could also float to other locations within our market area. This position is for a Full-time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to performing general teller transactions, building strong customer relationships, cross selling bank products & services, closing various time/demand deposit accounts, as well as answering telephone inquiries. Qualified candidates will possess the following: cash handling experience, sales oriented, strong customer service/people skills. Prior banking and sales experience are preferred; however, a college degree can be substituted for experience. High level of computer and technology use is required for this position.
