Golden Roost Breakfast & Bakery We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our small, fast-moving kitchen team located in down town Mt. Horeb. We're a scratch kitchen built around local ingredients, local farmers, and elevated breakfast and bakery food. We care about technique, quality, presentation, and the details that make great food great. We also host pop-up farm dinners, where we step outside of our everyday menu and showcase our skills through more refined, fine-dining-style meals built around what our local farmers are producing. The Schedule This is an early-morning kitchen. Our typical start time is 6:00-6:30 AM, with shifts generally running until 3:00-4:00 PM. Being comfortable with early mornings and showing up on time and ready to work is essential. We're Looking For Someone Who

• Stays focused and keeps their station moving
• Takes pride in keeping their station clean and organized
• Cares about quality, consistency, technique, and presentation
• Communicates well and works as part of a team
• Is willing to jump in wherever needed, including prep, line, dish, and cleaning
• Can work independently and handle a station without constant direction
• Has a good attitude and takes pride in what they put on the plate
• Has kitchen experience, or the right work ethic and willingness to learn Pay $18
• 30/hour, based on experience, skill, and responsibility.
