We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or build a career in customer service. We provide on-the-job training and are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare customer quotes and estimates. Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records. Assist customers by phone, email, and in person. Work closely with the sales and shop teams to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills. Good math skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits $17.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance
