• Service Writer Job Summary The Service Writer acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. They are responsible for creating accurate work orders, scheduling repairs, communicating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Duties
• Present every customer with the highest level of customer service
• Create and Maintain accurate work orders in the dealership management system
• Schedule service appointments and assign work to technicians based on skill and availability
• Work with parts department to ensure timely availability of components
• Maintain service records, prepare invoices, and assist with payment processing.

Hours of Operation Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30AM-5PM Thursday 8:30AM-6PM Friday 8:30AM-5PM Saturday 8:30AM-3
