Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A hospital outpatient pharmacy is preparing to open in Richland Center, WI, with an anticipated launch in August. The pharmacy is currently in the build-out phase and requires a licensed pharmacist to assist in the setup and provide initial operational support. This contract role offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday during day shifts, supporting the pharmacy in both its pre-opening and live phases. Initially, you will serve as the pharmacist in charge (PIC), responsible for ensuring smooth operations in a one-pharmacist environment until additional staff are onboarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and build-out of the new outpatient pharmacy facility Manage pharmacy operations as PIC once the pharmacy opens Provide retail pharmacy services, including prescription verification and dispensing Collaborate with management to establish workflows and protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license is required Experience working in retail pharmacy settings preferred Ability to manage responsibilities independently while supporting pharmacy setup Strong organizational and communication skills
