Job Description
About Us Bridging Brighter Smiles, Inc. is a growing Wisconsin based non-profit organization that provides preventative oral hygiene care to children in schools throughout the state. Our Operational Office is in Waukesha. We are fun and bold!

- Team environment Primary job functions: .
- Promote and maintain relationships with current school districts
- Secure new school districts to the program
- Strategically developing internal processes to promote efficiencies and compliance.
- Assist Scheduling department to maintain deadlines and compliance
Primary Field Duties Include:
- Field train new Dental Assistants and provide additional training support when necessary throughout the school year.
- Train and provide dental health education and presentations in a classroom settings.
- Attend school events to promote the program.
- Strengthen our dental referral program throughout the state.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Primary Office Duties Include:
- Assist Operations Mgr with clinical scheduling department staff goals.
- Educate current School Districts on the importance of preventative dental care
- Providing input toward creation and planning of company policies and procedures.
- Communication with guardians, and key school staff, to provide referral assistance when needs outside of the scope of practice of a hygienist have been identified.
- Communication with guardians to go over recommended care plans.
- Research and pursue grant opportunities.
- Prepare and assist in running the clinical staff annual meeting
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Dental Office experience
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
- Proficient in making sales/service presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with confidence and resourcefulness with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter who has a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Comfortable working within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs/Forms, and comfortable learning new software programs.
- Ethical at all times and demands the same in others
Travel:
- The ability to travel within the state is required. Valid Driver's License and proof or automobile insurance required.
- Access to a company vehicle is provided.
