Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Guest Service Representative to create a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure their experience is exceptional from start to finish. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster a positive atmosphere, encouraging repeat visits and building lasting relationships with our guests. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service and maintaining a welcoming "home away from home" atmosphere Manage check-ins, ensuring accuracy in reservations, room assignments, and extended stay billing Build rapport with long-term guests by providing consistent, personalized service and responding to ongoing needs Assist guests with questions and requests related to hotel amenities, including in-room kitchens, the Candlewood Cupboard, and lending locker items Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, focusing on long-term satisfaction and resolution Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and towels as needed for guest and operational use Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, laundry area, and common spaces Monitor lobby activity to ensure a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for extended stay guests Complete shift reports and communicate key updates, including guest requests, issues, and arrivals, to the next shift Follow all brand standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines set by
