Data Entry Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Entering data into the central database Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference Transferring physical records into a digital filing system Retrieving data as requested Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary Review data for deficiencies or errors Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Uploading documents into a database Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after uploading date electronically Receives, screens, and routes visitors and drivers via Axis Companion Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Basic accounting knowledge and excellent data entry skills required. Type in data quickly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers Flexibility with work schedule Excellent attendance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office proficiency 1+ years' experience in data entry /Administrative experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and typing on a computer
