is looking for a highly skilled Deburring Expert to join our precision manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for the fine manual deburring, edge-breaking, and surface finishing of complex CNC-machined parts used in Aerospace, Defense, and Medical applications. For over 35 years, we've specialized in producing close-tolerance machined components for the Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Orthopedic industries. Our 10,000-square-foot , clean and well-maintained facility features modern CNC lathes and mills (Doosan, Haas, SMEC) and operates under

AS9100D, ISO

9001, and ITAR quality standards. We are known for precision, reliability, and continuous improvement .

Key Responsibilities Precision Deburring:

Perform fine manual and mechanical deburring on CNC-machined parts using tools such as files, stones, rotary tools, and microscopes.

Surface Finishing:

Polish and blend edges to meet tight aerospace cosmetic and dimensional standards.

Microscopic Inspection:

Examine small and intricate features under magnification to ensure burr-free finishes and flawless surfaces.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to meet specifications for edges, surface finishes, and tolerances.

Collaboration:

Work closely with machinists, quality inspectors, and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.

Documentation:

Complete production and inspection logs in accordance with AS9100D procedures.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain an organized and safe work area and follow all company safety policies.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in precision deburring or finishing of CNC-machined components. Strong knowledge of hand tools and rotary finishing tools . Ability to inspect and finish small, detailed parts under microscopes or magnification. Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and surface finish symbols . U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). Excellent attention to detail and consistent, reliable performance.

Preferred:

Experience in aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing environments . Familiarity with

AS9100 , ISO 13485

, or NADCAP quality systems. Experience finishing Inconel, Titanium, or Stainless Steel parts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Compensation & Benefits $24
