Full-Time, 8:00am•4:30pm Monday through Friday Seeking experienced Housekeepers with floor care and deep cleaning skills, excellent customer service, good communication skills and flexibility. Areas of Responsibility:

Under supervision and in accordance with established schedules, procedures and safety standards, performs housekeeping deep cleaning service duties necessary to maintain the resident apartments as well as common areas, lounges, public restrooms and other public areas, activity rooms, offices and resident laundry, as assigned, in an orderly, safe, sanitary and attractive condition, in Senior Living to include: Performs major cleaning tasks such as, but not limited to: making beds, washing walls, cleaning furniture and equipment, cleaning windows and other cleaning projects as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor Clean apartment kitchen walls, countertops & exterior cabinets. Clean inside and outside of appliances. Pull refrigerators away from wall Sweep and wet mop all floors; clean all floors and baseboards, vacuum rugs, all carpet areas and runners Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatories, walls, countertop, exterior cabinets, mirrors and showers in apartment bathrooms Dust and wash furniture and light fixtures, etc.; clean and polish all glass surfaces, woodwork, interior window frames and sills Turn mattresses and clean bedrooms Report supplies and equipment needs to Housekeeping Supervisor Display a friendly and professional attitude in all contacts with residents, visitors and fellow co-workers Perform all other duties as may be assigned by

Housekeeping Supervisor Knowledge and Abilities:

Must be able to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move more than 100 pounds. Ability to operate or learn to operate Floor Tech equipment and have knowledge of chemical and cleaning supplies Must be able to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally to residents and team members. Must possess strong teamwork along with effective communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform required competencies (skills) for this position within allotted time frames. High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 4 years residential cleaning experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
