We are seeking dedicated and skilled dental hygienists to join our private practice in either a full-time or part-time role.

As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will play an important role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Responsibilities include performing thorough cleanings, conducting assessments, educating patients on oral hygiene, and providing preventive care with a strong emphasis on quality and individualized attention. Our office follows a one-patient-at-a-time philosophy, with approximately one hour scheduled per patient to ensure exceptional care and a comfortable experience. We operate within a single-doctor private practice model that allows for a cohesive team approach, strong doctor-hygienist collaboration, and personalized patient relationships. We prioritize quality over volume and value building long-term relationships with our patients. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care in a positive and professional environment where both patients and team members feel valued.

The ideal candidate will have:

A valid dental hygiene license At least one year of clinical hygiene experience Excellent communication and patient education skills A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care Compensation starts at $45/hour and is based on experience. Office hours include a one-hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30 PM. Convenient on-site parking is available directly in front of the building.
