Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction Manage financial activities such as budgeting, billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks Supervise administrative staff and clinical team members, providing training, performance evaluations, and support in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or EMR platforms Implement policies for medical management, utilization review, managed care processes, and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and conflict resolution to foster a collaborative team environment Monitor clinic performance metrics and financial reports to optimize resource allocation and ensure fiscal responsibility Skills Extensive experience in dental office management combined with strong medical administrative support skills Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix; familiarity with eClinicalWorks or Epic is a plus Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management Proven supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff and administrative personnel within healthcare settings Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards like JCAHO Strong understanding of medical office workflows involving acute care, hospital experience or veterinary experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high levels of patient care quality Join us as our Dental Office Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.
