Established since 1991, Rancho Niguel Dental is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time Front Office Dental Treatment Coordinator. Located in beautiful Laguna Niguel, our practice boasts a bustling environment with three doctors and six hygienists.

Position:

Front Office Dental Treatment Coordinator Key Qualifications:

Experience:

1-3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience with HMO and PPO insurance is essential.

Skills:

Strong organizational abilities, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in dental terminology and ADA codes.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling patients and maintaining accurate patient schedules. Insurance billing and coordination of benefits for HMO, PPO, and dual insurance patients. Accounts receivable and collections. Utilizing computer systems effectively for administrative tasks.

Monday to

Thursday:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Fridays:

Until 2:00 pm
