Musical Theatre Teaching Artist - Bravo Conservatory (Classes & Private Lessons) Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Teaching Artists to lead Bravo Conservatory classes and conduct private lessons. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth musical theatre and capable of elevating student talent to meet professional standards. Growth & Production Opportunities This role serves as a gateway within our organization. Instructors who demonstrate excellence, reliability, and strong alignment with our creative vision will have distinct opportunities for advancement. Proven Teaching Artists are given priority consideration to expand their roles into creative leadership (Directing, Choreographing, Music Directing) for our Studio Productions, RSM Shows, and full-scale MainStage Productions. Key Responsibilities Instruct and inspire students in Bravo Conservatory classes and/or private one-on-one lessons. Implement curriculum that transitions students from foundational skills to advanced mainstage readiness. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Collaborate effectively with studio management and the broader educational team. Qualifications & Ideal Credentials The "Triple Threat"
Profile:
Comprehensive teaching credentials across acting, vocal performance, and dance are highly desired.

Prior experience instructing youth in a structured performing arts or conservatory environment. A firm commitment to pushing students to achieve their highest potential.
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
