Artist Role:

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, people-centered artists who can confidently instruct groups of up to 50 guests in a fun, upbeat environment. This is NOT a traditional art class—our events are parties, and you are the host!

Responsibilities:

Lead step-by-step acrylic painting classes (2-3 hours) Set up and clean the studio before and after classes Manage Pop In & Paint guests Post on social media to support business awareness and your personal brand Assist with creating new product ideas for Twist South Side Contribute to maintaining a fun, welcoming, and organized studio environment

Compensation:

Hourly pay + commission, bonuses, and customer tips Average expected earnings: $15-$20 per hour 2.

INTERN / UNPAID POSITION

- Membership Benefits Included This role is ideal for artists who want to get involved with Twist South Side, gain experience, and be considered first for future paid opportunities. Interns receive free membership , allowing them to attend instructor-led classes or Pop In & Paint sessions at no cost. Tier 1 (Standard Membership): Volunteer 1-2 Friday or Saturday shifts per month Receive 2 free instructor-led classes OR 4 free Pop In & Paint sessions each month Tier 2 (Unlimited Membership): Volunteer 3 Friday or Saturday shifts per month Attend unlimited instructor-led classes or Pop In & Paint sessions
