DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Check the prepared itinerary for each day, and self-start board making. Arrive on time to Fig+Brie Shop and update Board Schedule for the day Maintain proper sanitation practices and product handling while board making Update inventory spreadsheet daily Must be able to understand and execute all board assemblies Assist in creating and constructing future board ideas when necessary Ensuring preparation, plating, and presentation standards are met and maintained Recommending and implementing procedural or production changes Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and front area Answer phone and take orders as well as charge customers Manage Front Desk Area when not on Board-Making duties Attend board training when required Perform opening and closing duties Assist with local deliveries and pickups

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
