Experienced AV Technician - Lutron & Control4 Programming Preferred

Shore Castle Technology is a leading low-voltage systems integrator based in Monmouth Beach, NJ. We specialize in high-end residential and light commercial AV systems, lighting control, surveillance, networking, and whole-home automation. We are growing and looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our team. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AV Technician with strong installation and troubleshooting skills. Lutron and Control4 programming experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Install and configure audio/video systems, including TVs, speakers, multi-room audio, and home theaters Program and commission Lutron lighting control and Control4 automation systems Run structured cabling, network setups, and full system integration Perform service calls, system troubleshooting, and upgrades Work directly with clients in a professional manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience as an AV or home automation technician Solid knowledge of AV equipment, wiring standards, and system integration

Preferred:
