The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a robust technical skill set in AV solutions, and a readiness to travel extensively. Responsibilities Travel to client sites to install, test, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems. Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure setups meet specific requirements. Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation practices for each location. Provide detailed technical support and training to clients on how to use installed AV systems effectively. Maintain accurate records of installations, service schedules, and customer interactions. Stay abreast of the latest in audio visual technology to suggest upgrades and enhancements.
