Skills and Qualifications:
As an AV Service Technician the ideal candidate will need: Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 year of security, camera, and/ or audiovisual knowledge or construction experience and preferably CTS certified. Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. Ability to travel overnight. Knowledge of how to maintain, repair, diagnose, and correctly install or replace AV equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints and AV drawings Strong knowledge of the AV industry and the general requirement of different equipment types Precise written communication abilities for filing repair, installation, and maintenance reports. Ability to work with minimal supervision while using their own technical judgment regarding complex tasks Use of basic hand and power tools Completes all required documentation accurately and within the expected timeframes Maintain positive customer interaction throughout every job and perform work with the best interest of RoomReady in mind.
